Transport Compliance Coordinator

Transport Compliance Coordinator required! My client is a transport, logistics, container, and warehouse specialist, providing their customers with end-to-end logistics solutions. Due to company growth, they are looking for a transport compliance coordinator with strong knowledge of drivers' hours and health and safety to join their team.

Transport Compliance Coordinator - Responsibilities

Management of drivers' hours.
Conduct regular inspections of the fleet, ensuring they meet safety standards and recording any defects.
Keep up to date with changes in transportation laws and regulations and communicate these changes to the relevant departments.
Ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely.
Assisting with managing, motivating, engaging, and developing the Transport team as required.
Undertaking Health and Safety duties.
Support the transport manager with KPIs.Transport Compliance Coordinator - Requirements

Experience of driver compliance, tacho data and driver working hours regulations.
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
Organisational and communication skills are required.
Knowledge of Transport planning and route scheduling.
IT skills - experience in compliance systems and Excel is desirable.Remuneration

Monday-Friday
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
