Customer Service Advisor - About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be on the front line, handling inbound calls and providing assistance to our valued customers. Your role will involve:

  • Handling a variety of questions, from product information to service concerns.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
