Sales Negotiator

Full-time. Permanent

Great opportunity working for a highly-regarded company. No weekends!!

Work within the front of house and provides a professional and efficient service to all customers both face to face and by telephone.

Ensure all residential properties are handled proficiently from initial enquiry through to satisfactory conclusion.

Duties


• Register applicants either by database imports, email, telephone or face to face


• Match applicants with properties based on their requirements


• Manage a register of applicants


• Identify business opportunities when speaking to clients, whether it be booking a market appraisal, offering financial services/solicitor referrals and cross selling company services such as formal valuations and lettings opportunities


• Book viewings, obtain feedback and provide regular updates to vendors


• Book market appraisals


• Book EPCs


• Provide support and advice to the vendor to help them to achieve the best outcome


• Using the property software and other associated systems such as LFS, Rightmove Plus etc on a daily basis to assist with activities


• Keep in regular contact with available stock to ensure vendors have a consistent level of contact throughout the marketing process, including, but not limited to, analysing property portal data, suggesting price reviews and reviewing marketing photographs


• Take offers and record all appropriate information


• Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors to a successful conclusion


• Obtain proof of funding


• Obtain and process ID to comply with AML compliance checks


• Sales progression and liaising with solicitors


• Diarising sales progression and ensuring all updates are provided to all parties in a property transaction without delay


• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers and vendors


• Work to agreed company policies and processes at all times


• Maintain all records on property software to a high standard and in line with data protection


• Update social media as necessary


• Support other team members as and when required


• Takes absolute ownership for the management of own workload and responsibilities to ensure that all tasks are completed each day


• Takes payments from clients in cash or cheques and updates the payment ledger


• General administration such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc


• May be required to carry out other duties as reasonably required and directed
