Located in the heart of the iconic London, Arcade showcase our core philosophy of creating multiple unique food brands, championing great talent, and delivering all this, to the table, under one roof.
Food brands from all around the world fill the space, and delivered right to your table from southern Thai, North Indian Street food, Middle Eastern shawarma, American diner-style dishes, Indonesian, Japanese and now... with flavours influenced from Spain, Portugal, Uruguay, & Argentina.
Drinks from our destination bar, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully packed calendar of events completes the line-up.
Arcade - Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front teams.
- Manage rota's, team performance, and development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work with the GM to develop and implement service strategies.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective operational management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced, premium branded restaurant
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A working knowledge of SevenRooms
