Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Quality Manager for our client based in Portsmouth, who work within the marine engineering industry.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Manager with a genuine interest for marine engineering and health and safety measures within the quality department of a company.

Quality Manager Job Overview

Manage the quality function both in Demark and the UK - for the company
Ensure that the company complies with the requirements of the marine equipment directive and regulations.
To provide the administration necessary to ensure the satisfactory maintenance of specified Quality, Production and Engineering records.
Co-ordinate and control efficiently the company's document, drawing and data control system.
Manage and conduct audits of company systems to ensure compliance with the Quality manual, relevant standards and customer requirements.

Quality Manager Job Requirements

Experience working in a quality management position - within engineering and manufacturing.
An understanding of ISO9001 and GDPR standards / regulations.
A strong engineering background and knowledge within marine engineering.
Experience with health and safety procedures and management within a business.
Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Full UK driving licence is strongly preferable.

Quality Manager Salary & Benefits

Salary - £48,000 to £50,000 - dependent upon experience.
Full time position - Monday to Friday.
Holiday package.
