Avanti Recruitment has partnered with an established R+D company in Crawley that is looking for a senior electronics engineer to join their multi-disciplinary engineering team. This role will have you working on new development projects, taking them through the full design life-cycle.

Please note that this role will require all candidates to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.

What we're looking for:
c. 6 years experience as an electronics engineer (or similar title) using tools such as Altium, OrCAD, etc
Experience with the full hardware development life-cycle, from bid development to continuing project support
Ability to debug/fault find at hardware level
Experience with design for EMC/EMC testing
Simulation tools (Python, LT-Spice, Matlab, Simulink, etc.)
Experience with managing, leading, or mentoring other engineers
Some experience with embedded software development

What's on offer:
Salary between £50-60,000 + benefits including 28 days holiday (with more purchasable), hybrid working, 5% matched pension, and lots more.
