Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Plan and execute regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
• Breakdowns: Respond swiftly and efficiently to mechanical and electrical breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• PLC Systems: Expert fault finding and troubleshooting on PLC systems, including Siemens and Allen Bradley.
• PLC Modifications: Make necessary modifications to PLC programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Strong background in preventative maintenance and breakdown repair.
• Extensive experience with PLC systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley.
• Demonstrated ability to modify and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Previous experience leading a team of engineers.
• Willingness to work a 3 tier shift pattern (earlies, lates, and nights).
