About the Role

We're looking for professional and reliable Class 2 Drivers to join our 2-man delivery team, specialising in premium white glove service. You'll be the face of our company, delivering and assembling furniture directly in customers' homes. This is more than a driving job - it's a customer service role that requires care, attention to detail, and physical capability.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter customers' homes to assist with the delivery and assembly of furniture, ensuring all items are placed correctly and assembled to a high standard

* Provide a high level of customer service and foster positive relationships with clients

* Load and unload goods with attention to safety and care

* Operate Class 2 vehicles responsibly and in full compliance with road safety regulations

* Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules as directed by leadership

* Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times, delays, or issues

* Maintain accurate driving logs and complete any required roadside inspections

* Regularly perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as part of delivery and assembly

Requirements

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving License

* Proven experience in multi-drop delivery (white glove or home delivery preferred)

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items

* Strong understanding of road safety, driving laws, and regulatory compliance

* Professional, presentable, and respectful demeanor at all times

* Flexible and adaptable approach to work, including weekend shifts if required
