Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of social workers in either the Referral & Assessment or Safeguarding and Care Planning Teams
Ensure high-quality and effective social work practice to safeguard children and young people
Provide reflective supervision and professional support to team members
Manage caseloads to ensure timely and effective interventions
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support children and families
Monitor and review case progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices
Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members
Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives

About You: To be successfully appointed to this post, we require the following:

Social Work England registration: Essential
Experience at Senior Social Worker/ATM level: Essential
A recognized qualification in Social Work: Essential
Enhanced DBS clearance : Essential
