The successful candidate must have previous experience within an automotive or technical recruitment field Educated to degree level, or of graduate calibre with demonstrated ability to learn and grow; you will be proactive with excellent planning and motivational skills. Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter your main responsibilities are:

* Responsible for all recruitment activities; carrying out search and selection of personnel to meet requirements, arrange interviews, completion of appropriate paperwork, tracking candidate and vacancy requirement progress.

* Support both permanent and contract vacancies

* Advise candidates on different payment methods - umbrella, limited company, PAYE

* Provide information relating to recruitment regulations and legislations, for example AWR and IR35

* Liaison with Contechs Senior Management Team.

* Rate negotiation with candidates to achieve preferable margins for Contechs.

* Responsible for the update of information on the recruitment database.

* Working within Contechs' defined KPI deck

* Compliance with Company Management Systems supporting improvement, identifying and reporting issues

Qualifications / Skills needed

* Min of 2 years Recruitment Experience within a technical arena

* Previous experience working towards a defined target / KPIs

* Excellent communication skills.

* Formal Recruitment training preferable.

* PC literate.

* Full valid UK driving licence
