Temporary 2nd Line Support Engineer Central London Our client is an international Investment Company located in Central London who are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a temporary basis, dates being Monday 23rd September - Friday 4th October 2024.Duties will include; * Providing IT support for 40-50 end users * HP /Dell server infrastructure* Windows 2003/2008R2 Server Operating System* MS Exchange Server 2003/2010* Troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite* Polycom video conferencing Desirable experience:* Experience managing/troubleshooting servers locally/remotely* Skills configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting server & desktop hardware* Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (tape backup)* Knowledge of RIM Blackberry servers and devices* Experience with anti-spam and anti-virus products and vendors* Cisco experience (routers/switches/firewalls, VPN)* Email archiving (Mimosa, Exchange 2010, eVault)Candidates applying should possess a computing /IT degree or relevant qualifications and have previous experience in 2nd Line Support.
