Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

Our client, an established and successful Estate Agency based in a high end area of North West London, is looking to recruit a motivated Senior Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team. The office is located on a busy, popular high street, well connected via three different train lines. Typical tasks will include: * Managing the smooth running of the lettings process for a high end portfolio of residential properties * Updating property details, tenancy agreements and sales memorandums onto software* Management of keys for properties* Liaising with tenants & landlords on a regular basis * Arranging inventories, check-in and check-out reports* Liaising with contractors regarding refurbishments/repairs for properties* Renewals and new tenancy agreements* Arranging relevant Gas, EPC certificates* Registering and de-registering deposits on TDS* Assisting with Office Management duties Key skills:* Minimum three years' experience in a property/lettings administration position * Microsoft Office proficient * Highly organized, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail* Ability to work well within a teamThis is a busy, fast paced role, fully office based, where you will be the real lynchpin of the office.
