Parts Advisor / Parts Technician

Role Overview: As a Parts Technician / Parts Advisor, you will complete all duties assigned by OPS Supervisor and/or manager. Picking up parts, put away received parts, collect transfer parts, create RMA, making images etc. Correctly create Sales Orders and generate Invoices for all parts dispensed and sold.

Source parts for customer with local/international suppliers

Keep track of time to respond and other KPI`s and actively work on improving them

Parts Advisor /Parts Technician Job Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of Parts Experience

* Good computer skills including the ability to learn several software applications

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Knowledge and/or experience with industrial and automotive parts

* Previous experience with order processing/ Quotations/ Customer Service for clients

* Experience interacting with clients

* Strong command over Excel

* ERP Experience

* Buying of Parts

* Expediting of Parts

Parts Technician / Parts Advisor Skills and Experience Required:

* Experience as a Parts Advisor /Part Technician from an Automotive, GSE, or plant machinery Industry within a parts/stores environment.

* Strong focus on customer and service delivery.

* Familiarity with stores procedures and systems, especially in vehicle, plant, or machinery parts environments.

* Valid UK driving licence.

* Background in the vehicle maintenance sector.

* Proven experience in a busy parts department.

Parts Technician / Parts Advisor Additional Requirements:

* Ability to obtain an airside pass, requiring a criminal record check and 5-year history verification.
