About the role:

We are seeking a passionate HLTA to join our dynamic teaching team. This role has become available due to our commitment to enhancing support within the classroom and expanding our educational offerings. You will work alongside experienced teachers in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, supporting the delivery of engaging lessons and providing targeted assistance to students. The class size is approximately 25 students, it is also an SEN-friendly environment with tailored resources available.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA, preferably within a primary school setting.

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and strategies for supporting students' learning.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

• A proactive approach to learning and development, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading small group activities and interventions under the guidance of the class teacher.

• Supporting the planning and preparation of lessons, including the use of technology and interactive resources.

• Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and contributing to assessment and reporting processes.
