NEW QUALITY MANAGER ROLE BASED IN SLOUGH, BERKSHIRE

A global pioneer in manufacturing of electro-mechanical equipment and systems is now looking for Quality Manager to join their multi-disciplined engineering team in Slough, Berkshire. Our Client is a UK leading provider of UV products and equipment for pharmaceutical, electronics and aquaculture industries.

As a Quality Manager, you will be reporting to the Global Operations Director and oversee the quality management process. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving the quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities as a Quality Manager in Slough.

* Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant systems and recommend improvements.

* Oversee quality control, including inspections, and manage corrective actions (8D, CAR).

* Work with departments like Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support new product development (NPD).

* Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to foster continuous improvement.

* Ensure product and process compliance with regulations and manage external audits.

Requirements as a Quality Manager in Slough.

* Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

* At least 3 years of experience in a quality management role.

* Expertise in quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, 8D).

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

* Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and data analysis.
