Teaching Assistant required to provide 1-2-1 and small group support for children with SEMH needs. This role requires a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked with SEMH or challenging behaviours. Job Role:

• Supporting on a 1-2-1 basis within small classes of KS4 children with SEMH needs.
• Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs.
• Working as a Classroom Assistant / Teaching Assistant.
• Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils.
• Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours.
