Wright Staff Recruitment are looking for a multiskilled HGV driver and Factory Operative to join our client, an innovative sheet metal manufacturing company in the Telford area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate HGV vehicles for transportation of materials and products.

- Assist in various factory operations, including packing, breaking out steel, and assembly.

- Support the team in achieving production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Flexibly adapt to different tasks and duties as needed within the factory environment.

Requirements:

- Valid Class 2 HGV licence.

- Fork Lift Truck certification is a preferred but not essential- Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred.

- Proficient verbal and written communication ability.

- High level of due care and attention over vehicles and maintenance.

- High level of health and safety standards.

- Basic knowledge of sheet metal is advantageous but not essential.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and perform multiple roles within the factory including IT system.
