crooton has an exciting opportunity for an Education Administrator to join a well-established client of ours within the membership sector based in Bracknell, UK.


As an Education Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Head of Qualifications, the Quality Co-ordinator and the Education team in implementing the quality procedures for regulated qualifications to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating and administering the issue of certificates following regulatory requirements and our client's procedures
  • Carrying out registration for the regulated qualifications in line with service-level agreements and procedures
  • Responding to and escalating appropriate enquiries from centres and students
  • Co-ordinating mailings of marketing information
  • Creating, processing, recording and monitoring invoices to centres and customers to ensure timely payments
  • Creating and maintaining records of registrations, certifications and certificate re-issues to ensure compliance with the requirements of the qualifications regulators
  • Providing accurate quarterly reports on registration and certifications to the regulators
  • Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of information from approved centres of regulated qualifications
  • Maintaining the department's stationery supplies
  • Supporting the Quality Co-ordinator with meeting administration as required
  • Providing inter-directorate administrative support as required


The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills with the ability to handle queries effectively and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Outstanding organisational and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively under pressure and prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to create, develop and maintain accurate records
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of Virtual Learning Environments, spreadsheets, work documents and databases, with the willingness to learn new packages as required
  • Working with sensitive and confidential data in line with GDPR
  • Administering qualifications in a regulated environment would be desirable, with a willingness to acquire knowledge of the sectors and take responsibility for personal development
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to use initiative to solve problems and manage workload
