The Role

Provide in-class support to students under the guidance of the classroom teacher

Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

Support students' academic progress and personal development

Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning

Help maintain a focused, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a school or youth-based setting is preferred

A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
