New Regional HR Business Partner role.

Are you looking for a new and exciting HR role?

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a UK based Insurance firm as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Business Partner.

The salary for this role will be up to £55k, depending on experience, plus a car allowance.

Hybrid working is available - 3 days per week from home. The right candidate will need to be able to commute to various UK based sites 2 times per week, when required.

HR Business Partner:

Responsibilities include:

Supporting management with employee relations matters.
Leading on recruitment and new starter processes such as onboarding and inductions.
Reviewing existing HR initiatives.
Reviewing and implementing staff training and development opportunities.
Be able to provide support to the HR Director on TUPEs, and HR related projects.
Data analytics to support strategic vision and growth plans.
Reviewing of policies and process.
Employee data management.

Experience required:

Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and ER related processes.
A background in the professional services sector would be advantageous.
Experience supporting and coaching managers/ employees throughout HR related processes.
Experience of having an active involvement in HR projects and initiatives.
CIPD or HR related qualification, desirable.
Be able to commute to various sites across the UK, when required.
