Our client are going through a period of change, implementing a new Marketing Technology stack (Martech) to enhance customer engagement.

We're looking for a leader who can not only architect and implement robust data solutions but also effectively communicate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable technical strategies. As well as the technical background the key is being able to work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate those needs into technical requirements, and deliver solutions that drive tangible business value.

Working within a blended team of analysts and engineers, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing the data solutions that will drive our clients marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be building data products in Snowflake, AWS and dbt.

Key Skills

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of our cloud-based data warehouse and ETL pipelines using AWS, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Strong Data Engineering background
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other data engineers.
• Champion best practices for data engineering, including data quality, data governance, and data security.
• Experience with Martech platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to s existing systems and propose improvements.
• Experience working with complex data sets
• Contribute to the development of our clients data roadmap and strategy.
