Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Manager to lead the operational day-to-day management of Homeownership team.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Manager:

Lead the strategic development of the homeownership service improvement plan
Collaborate with the service charge accountant to ensure accurate management of both variable and fixed service charges
Oversee the homeownership programme ensuring it complies with relevant laws, regulations and service standards, including rent, service charges and homeowners' rights
Oversee budget monitoring and income collection
Lead and motivate the homeownership team to meet KPIs and goals
Ensure that homeowners receive excellent service, addressing complaints, and ensuring the team remains customer-focused by acting on feedback and working toward continuous improvement.Essential Requirements of the Home Ownership Manager:

Previous experience within leasehold and shared ownership
