A bit about what you will do...
Restaurant Managers within our luxury hotel oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests’ expectations.
- Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Manage the departmental budget to reduce costs and maximise profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures regarding pouring measures and age verification.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
- Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
- Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
