Position: Early Years Practitioners

Location: Various Primary Schools in Manchester

Start Date: September 2024

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, a Nursery Nurse qualification, or an EYFS qualification? If so, we want you to join our team of dedicated professionals supporting primary schools in Manchester.

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to provide high-quality support to young children in primary school settings. Successful candidates will work alongside teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for early years children.
Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Help to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor and record children's progress.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's development and progress.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Nursery Nurse qualification, or EYFS qualification.
Recent experience working with young children, either in a placement or a paid role.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
