· Staff partiesGeneral Manager Responsibilities:*Supervise, train, and motivate a team to deliver consistently exceptional customer service. *Recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.*Oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and monitor quality control in both food and service.*Champion warm, attentive, and efficient service, ensuring all guests have a memorable dining experience.*managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and controlling costs.
