Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Rayleigh

Remuneration: £11.44 per hour

Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time

Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely 🛠️
Following technical manuals in English to assemble and manufacture products 📚
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications ✅
Cleaning parts🧹
Collaborating with the team to achieve production targets 🤝
Reporting any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor 🔧
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures ⚠️
Assisting with inventory management and stock control 📦
Contributing ideas to improve production processes and productivity 💡
Demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude towards work and colleagues 😊

Skills:

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read and understand technical manuals 🛠️📚
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset ✅
Good communication and team collaboration skills 🗣️🤝
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required 💪
Flexibility to work different shifts if necessary 🔄
