Technical Sales Engineer

Are you a driven and hands-on engineer with experience in technical sales? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a team, taking charge of projects from concept through to installation. In this role, you will collaborate with key clients across the globe, helping them implement advanced machinery and technical solutions that support sustainable manufacturing processes.

The main responsibilities of the Technical Sales Engineer include:

* Manage end-to-end projects, from understanding client needs to overseeing installation and commissioning.

* Work closely with clients to assess their technical requirements and design tailored solutions for integrating new machinery into their operations.

* Liaise with internal engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project delivery within budget and timelines.

* Offer on-site support during installation, provide training to client teams, and troubleshoot technical issues when necessary.

* Provide technical support to the sales team by assessing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Skills and Experience:

* A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.

* You will need at least 5 years' experience in technical sales or a similar engineering role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial machinery sectors.

* Strong technical knowledge of process flow, piping systems, pumps, and industrial automation is required.

* Proven experience in managing projects independently, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

* You should be confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Willingness to be able to travel to client sites when required, which will be up to 50% globally.
