Responsibilities:

Lead from the workshop floor, working closely with installation and management teams.
Drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement in line with our strategic vision.
Build and nurture a positive, collaborative, and safety-conscious team culture.
Report and manage shortages and engineering challenges.
Support installation growth and operational efficiencies.
Promote a lean and 6S safety culture.
Engage and train staff, enhancing compliance and professional development.

Requirements:

Experience in an engineering workshop environment.
Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
Hands-on fitting experience and the ability to lead by example.
Proven track record in managing time, costs, and working relationships.
Full driving license.
Forklift truck license (a plus but not essential).
