Your First 6 Months

In your first 6 months, you’ll:

• Identify suitable candidates for job roles using a variety of methods.
• Speak to candidates and clients over the phone, on Teams, and in person.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, learning the full recruitment process.
• Manage interviews, offer advice, negotiate, and ensure the process is enjoyable for all.
• Develop the skills needed to succeed in a challenging yet rewarding industry.
