This is the minimum and maximum number of hours a week. They are looking for Team Leaders / Senior healthcare assistants who are flexible and can-do alternate weekends.

Job Description: Team Leader / Senior Care Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person-centered in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments.

If you are a Team Leader / Senior care assistant who loves a long day you have the option to do 8am-8pm. (12h shifts).

This home is only looking for Team Leaders / Senior healthcare assistants for days. At this current time, there are no nights available.

Requirements - Team Leader / senior care assistant

Medication Trained

*

NVQ 3

If you are a Senior healthcare assistant who has medication training and their NVQ level 3 in health and social care. You would be considered a good fit for the role due to them both being requirements for the role.

Unfortunately, without these requirements you wouldn't be accepted for this role.
