Up to £35,000, 36 hour contract (4 days) with 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Pension & Benefits

The Role

* You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance preventative and breakdown maintenance, on workshop equipment, facility plant and site services.

* Carry out Fault diagnosis and problem solving on equipment and facility plant

Working Hours

* Tuesday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous Experience in the Facilities Management Sector

* Plumbing NVQ Level 2 or Level 3

* Legionella Awareness, L8 (desirable)
