Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? First Task Professional are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to oversee an industrial new build project in Edinburgh for one of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating on-site activities for a new industrial build.

*

Overseeing steel frame installation, cladding works, and concrete slab construction.

*

Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are met at all times.

*

Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

*

Maintaining project timelines and quality control.

Requirements:

*

SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

*

Valid CSCS card.

*

First Aid qualification.

*

Proven experience in industrial construction projects, particularly with steel frame and concrete works.

*

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
