Service Advisor

Bishops Stortford

£28,000 to £30,000, plus bonus

Monday to Friday, one Saturday per month

Are you a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? I am looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join my client's thriving business in Bishops Stortford.

As a key member of the friendly and experienced team, you'll help drive growth while providing exceptional service to valued customers.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Professionally communicating with customers about vehicle repair requirements

* Creating and managing Job Cards through our in-house computer systems

* Updating customer and vehicle records, including service and MOT reminders

* Preparing and completing invoices, providing cost estimates and timescales for repairs

* Handling parts intake and processing jobs from booking through to invoicing

* Ensuring smooth and efficient customer service by being the point of contact for all service-related queries

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should:

* Have previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade

* Be familiar with basic automotive parts terminology (training will be provided)

* Be self-motivated, as well as collaborative with a team

* Possess strong organizational skills

* Be reliable, dedicated, and focused on delivering excellent customer service

* Have a full, clean driving license

* Be approachable, presentable, and genuinely care about the customer experience, with a great telephone manner and the ability to build a rapport
