Overview:

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join a leading dispute resolution team based in Glasgow.

Experience:

• Managing a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property disputes and professional negligence claims
• Litigating in the Sheriff Court and handling alternative dispute resolution actions
• Providing training and support to Trainees and Junior Solicitors

Skills:

• Over 2 years post-qualifying experience in litigation
• Strong advocacy and client communication skills
• Excellent time management and commercial awareness
