Store Manager Guernsey. We are looking for a Store Manager to manage this luxury & lifestyle store in Guernsey. Ideal Candidate :

* Will have experience in managing / supervising a team within a luxury/ Accessories/ Beauty/ fashion/lifestyle environment

* Good Retail experience working in face to face retail

* Understanding of KPI's : Sales & operational

* Love Visual merchandising and keeping a store to high standards

* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and really enjoy being on the shop floor

* Excellent management skills where you can lead & develop your team

Package: Competitive Basic + Bonus paid Quarterly
