Internal Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the freight forwarding sector.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are met with the highest level of service.
Client Proposals: Create tailored solutions for clients, providing accurate quotations and support for their logistics needs.
Market Research: Identify potential leads, trends, and opportunities for growth within the freight forwarding industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth processes and excellent client outcomes.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in internal sales, with a strong understanding of freight forwarding or logistics
