If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant secondary school in Willesden, Brent, as a Corridor Supervisor.

About the Role

As a Corridor Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and productive school environment. This dynamic, fast-paced position involves:

Supervising corridors and common areas during school hours.
Building rapport with students to encourage positive behaviour.
Working 1:1 with children displaying challenging behaviour as and when required.
Supporting the school's behaviour management strategies by being firm but fair.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is proactive, and can adapt to the ever-changing needs of a busy school. Training and coaching will be provided for the right candidate.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with children in a school, youth work, or coaching capacity.
Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A proactive attitude and the confidence to take initiative in challenging situations.
DBS Check: Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced Child DBS Check (you can apply for this through Tradewind).Benefits:
