This full-time Lead Counsellor role offers a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £43,000. The role is hybrid, allowing for a balance of remote and on-site work. As the Lead Counsellor your responsibilities include:

Providing clinical direction for the Telephone Counselling and Associate Counsellor teams
Assisting in maintaining EAP Centre performance and meeting contractual quality standards
Implementing clinical policies and procedures to meet EAPA Standards and clinical governance
Participating in the recruitment and induction of new Telephone Counsellors and Telephone Information Specialists
Managing the team's Clinical mailbox and addressing all enquiries
Supervising and overseeing case management of Associate Counsellors and Specialist Practitioners
Participating in case consultation and the management of complex client workPackage and Benefits:
