Allegiance Group is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating a variety of marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels, aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving sales growth.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of CRM management, overseeing the daily operations and implementing campaigns that encourage customer retention and repeat business. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing activities across digital platforms and offline channels to enhance brand awareness.
• Develop and implement targeted CRM campaigns to grow customer loyalty and repeat sales.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to optimise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a digital and CRM-focused environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in campaign management, data analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail
