Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fosber Machine Operative to join a dedicated production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining Fosber machinery, or a keen willingness to learn! Ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate Fosber machinery to produce high-quality corrugated products.

* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Fosber equipment.

* Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

* Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

* Document and report any issues or defects in the production process.

* Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and machine performance.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Fosber Operative or similar role in the manufacturing industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of Fosber machinery and/or related equipment.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Flexibility to work shifts Monday to Friday-inclusive

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field.

* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

* Experience in the corrugated industry.
