About the role
We are seeking an experienced Part Time Sales Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, providing administrative support, and helping to ensuring the smooth running of our Bristol office. As our business grows, there may be the opportunity to increase the hours of this role to full time.
Role Responsibility
This role involves managing orders from various channels, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Key tasks include advising customers on out-of-stock items, organising last-minute couriers, and invoicing. The position also requires daily route planning, logging invoices and credits, handling delivery paperwork, and monitoring stock levels. Additionally, responsibilities extend to processing free stock and samples, scanning and archiving invoices, and addressing customer inquiries on orders, pricing, and deliveries.
You will need
Proven experience as a Sales Order Administrator, or in a similar role, demonstrating strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a track record of handling complex orders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively and remain calm under pressure.
