They work in the high voltage sector, so you will be ideally exposed in that and need to keep people safe You will be:* Provide guidance and support to the business in all areas of health, safety & Environmental.* Supporting the drive and increased engagement and interaction across the business.* Work to continuously improve standards.* The production, review, and update of RAMS.* Carry out and record regular audit inspections to check compliance with policies. * Proposing necessary changes to working practices.* Conduct company inductions ensuring new starters are fully informed regarding HSE.* Monitor waste transfer management ensuring customers' needs are met.* Promote health and safety within the workplace.You will have:* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent* Demonstrable experience ideally within a health and safety environment.* Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.* Competent in Microsoft applications.* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.* Resilient and tenacious in approach to work.* Full UK Driving LicenseThis is a fully on site role, and time will be spend in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Basildon, Essex.It would suit a HSE Engineer, a H&S Manager, a SHEQ AdvisorTo apply, please speak to Cindy Anderson
