Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

* Differentiate instruction to support students with varying abilities and learning styles.

* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting confidence, motivation, and a love of learning.

* Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and reporting on achievement.

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect.

* Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every student.

About You:

* A qualified teacher with a valid UK teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).

* Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.

* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

* Highly organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

* Experience in teaching across multiple year groups.
