Our client is a successful global manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

* Answering customer enquiries via phone and email

* Providing exceptional customer service to customers

* Preparing quotes

* Processing orders

* Freight and shipping coordination

* Updating customers regarding deliveries

* Liaising with the warehouse and 3rd party suppliers

* Answering queries quickly and efficiently

* Aftersales support, including dealing with technical queries

* Attending and supporting with trade exhibitions and other industry events

The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of freight and shipping

* A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role

* Strong customer service skills

* Enthusiastic team player

* Calm and professional telephone manner

* Good IT skills, including accurate data entry
