The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing Marketing and Business Development strategy along with identifying new business and developing it into sale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating Marketing and Business Development plans
• Implementing, monitoring, measuring and reporting on activity
• Leading on creation of client presentations and pitches and responses to tender requests
• Planning, monitoring and reporting on activity, pipeline and revenue from key client accounts and referrers

Skills & Experience Required:

• A proven track record of securing new business from a similar marketing environment
• Clear understanding of business development and marketing and how to add value in the Business Development arena
• Experienced in planning, budgeting and reporting
• Pitch and presentation creation experience
• Able to communicate at all levels of business confidently and accurately.
• Full UK driving licence is essential

Salary Package: £30,000-£40,000 + OTE + Company Car
