  • Assist with controlling stock levels and maintaining food standards

  • Drive overall performance by instilling best practices

What you'll need:

  • Previous supervisory experience within a similar role or back-of-house operations environment is essential
  • Good level of food experience, particularly around fresh ingredients

  • Knowledge of compliance matters such as H&S, Food Safety and Hygiene

  • Flexibility to work overtime supporting evening events
  • Basic IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills

Why join us:

This role is:

  • 32.5 hours per week

  • Working 35 weeks per year based around term time - what could you do with all that time off?

  • £13 - £14 per hour

You'll also benefit from:

  • Working for a fast-growing, ambitious company. There is no ceiling here in terms of where you can take your career

  • A dedicated L&D team to support you in developing your skills including apprenticeships and training courses that are available for everyone.
