Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Bath

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time and Part-Time

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Manage an interesting and varied caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on supporting the education sector, you can expect to be dealing with advice on:

Complex acquisitions
Disposals
Estate management
Retail leases
Joint ventures,
Mixed-use development projectsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in commercial property law.
3-5 years of experience in managing your own caseload.
Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex transactions.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
