As part of a growing team, you'll provide essential support to clients with all aspects of their business operations, from corporate structuring to commercial contracts and governance. Key Responsibilities
Youll be advising and working on a variety of high-level projects, including:
* Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
* Succession planning
* Employee share schemes, including EMIs, EBTs, and EOTs
* Restructuring and demergers
* Governance documents, such as shareholder agreements and articles of association
* Commercial contracts and franchising
* Drafting, advising, negotiating, and deal-making
What Were Looking For
* Experience: 8+ years PQE with a strong range of corporate commercial experience
* Skills: A persuasive, articulate communicator who is confident, approachable, and skilled in drafting and analysis
* Approach: Someone who values a healthy work-life balance and enjoys mentoring and collaborating across disciplines
