Primary SEN TA - Plymouth (Full-Time, Drivers Only)

Location: Plymouth
Salary: £83.33 per day
Start Date: Immediate

You will work closely with SEN teachers to deliver tailored educational plans that foster both academic and social progress for students with additional needs. The role may involve 1:1 support, group interventions, and assisting in the implementation of individualised learning strategies.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN.
Implement and follow tailored learning plans to meet each student's unique needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and SEN coordinators to ensure positive student outcomes.
Assist in behaviour management and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Travel between school locations as required (driving essential).
Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car for work purposes.
Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday).
Previous experience working with SEN children (desirable but not essential).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A caring and patient attitude, with a passion for supporting students with SEN.
