Supporting and advising on diverse development projects, responsibilities include:

Conducting research and analysis
Assessing risks and opportunities within planning frameworks
Managing planning applications and development proposals
Coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities
Preparing reports, strategies, and recommendations
Negotiating outcomes that align with client objectivesQualifications for the Town Planner:
Ideal candidates will have:

Membership (or near qualification) in RTPI
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in development planning and management (public or private sector preferred)Interested?
